“Suzanne and Caroline were absolutely fantastic in making the group feel at ease and teaching techniques that attendees could take away from the session.

I wouldn’t hesitate in booking them again.”

Jenni Millard, Chair of The Women’s Staff Network, The Countess of Chester Hospital

“Suzy’s circle was wonderful, her calm and friendly demeanour enabled a warm and safe space to relax and share. I slept better that night than I had in ages, feeling a little lighter and calmer..”

Lynsey, mother circle participant

Wellbeing Sessions

Women’s Wellbeing at King’s Acre, Chester

Wellbeing sessions held at King’s Acre Camping in Chester focus on women’s wellness through women’s circles, nature retreat days, nature craft nights and collaborative holistic workshops. Public sessions for small groups are regularly available to book.

Rekindle your love for nature and find your inner peace. These small-group gatherings offer a welcoming, calm, guilt-free space where women come together to relax, reflect, share, to listen without judgement, and to simply ‘be’ in a restorative space.

Typically we sit in a circle out in the meadow, bell-tent or log cabin, on mats or chairs and share our thoughts, enjoy mindfulness activities in nature, nature crafts, poetry, books and cakes! A guided meditation helps relax and centre us. We may also use journaling to focus on our intentions for the month.

Collaborative wellness events may include yoga, reflexology, meditation, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique tapping, aromatherapy and hypnotherapy.
