Why Mama Nature Hub started
I’m Suzanne: teacher, mother, nature geek, bookworm and yoga and pilates fan amongst other things.
At my happiest outside in the countryside since a child, Mama Nature Hub was born out of my desire to help connect people with nature and themselves. From my experience as a teacher and mother I’ve seen the huge benefits spending time in nature has on learning, development and wellbeing across all age groups.
As well as a love for nature, what has really hit home for me in recent years is the need to look after ourselves holistically (physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally). And the need for authentic connection in our lives. Connection with others, our communities and ourselves.
As a mother parenting a little one during the pandemic, I felt isolated. Connection with nature and the outdoors was a lifeline for me, but I missed genuine connection with other mothers and women too.
My mission is to create relaxed, supportive, safe spaces for children and adults to experience the holistic benefits of nature connection, mindfulness and community. Spaces where we slow down and nourish our minds, genuinely connecting with ourselves, each other and mother nature, implementing achievable elements of self-care, for a long-lasting wellbeing boost.
If all of this resonates with you then why not book a session that appeals to you or drop me an email? You might just find your tribe…
